If you haven’t seen these types of posts before then it’s basically just what food i have eaten throughout the day. I am no food expert i just try to eat a healthy balanced diet.
Sorry for the worst photo ever, the heat from the porridge kept streaming up my camera. My breakfast today was a very basic bowl of ready brek porridge made with water.
This is what I like to call a “pitta pizza”. A healthy alternative to a normal pizza but still very tasty. I toast the pitta a bit first then add the sauce and cheese then grill it to melt the cheese. I eat sheep’s cheese because my stomach doesn’t like cows milk. I topped it off with a bit of spring onion. On the side i have some salad -which no I didn’t make, its a pre made one.
My new food love. Metcalfes skinny cinema sweet popcorn. It is quite low in calories and sugar.
I have a jacket potato & a bit of cheese with salad on the side. This is some more of the pre made salad i had at lunch.
I forgot to picture this but i had a piece of homemade short bread. Lastly about 30 minutes before I went to bed I had a peach.
