I know people normally do makeup looks on youtube but I’ve yet to be able to start that so for now i have a blog post about my current go-to eye look. This look would be so pretty for autumn because of all the golden bronze tones. I know its only july but i am so ready for fall again. If you follow me on twitter you probably know that i have even been watching Christmas films recently. Anyway enough rambling and on with the post…
Step 1: Makeup geek peach smoothie eyeshadow; i use this as my crease “transition” shade. This a is very warm neutral shade.
Step 2: Mac amber lights eyeshadow; this is my all over lid colour. This is a gorgeous bronze golden shade and looks so good on all eye colours but especially blue eyes.
Step 3: Makeup geek cocoa bear eyeshadow; i blend some of this shadow onto my outer corner and lower lash line to add a bit more depth to the look, as its day time I don’t add to much but i would definitely add more of cocoa bear to make it more smokey for an evening look. This again is a very warm brown.
Step 4: Mac Nylon eyeshadow; last step for eyeshadow i love to apply this stunning white gold shimmery shade to my inner corners. Doing this step helps to brighten up the overall look and make me look more awake.
Step 5: Benefit they’re real tinted primer, some people may think its a little excessive to apply to mascaras and i don’t always apply both, but when i want my lashes to look extra dramatic i like to take this step. This primer is dark brown which is great for added colour and length to the lashes. If you have a mascara that flakes a lot or drops its curl then applying this underneath really helps to keep you lashes looking great all day.
Step 6: Maybelline lash sensational; i love this mascara. Its better than a lot of High End mascaras at a fraction of the price. I have been trying other mascaras but i always just come back to this beauty.
|This Picture doesnt do Amberlights Justice, it is alot brighter, warmer and more shimmery in real life|
